This flat is on the first floor and it has a beautiful view both of the Garden and the Ocean. It has one master bedroom, one twin bedroom, full equipped kitchen, eating area, double sofa bed, great and spacious covered veranda.

When you check into the property, a complimentary “hamper will be provided to satisfy your breakfast requirements on the first morning of your stay. Upon request, for a minimal charge, we can arrange for a hot lunch.

Air Conditioning, water, gas and electric
These will be according to consumption or a forfait of Eur. 50.00 per week.

Bed and Bath Linen and Final Cleaning
One set of bed and bath linen (per person) are included in the price. Cleaning has an additional cost of Eur. 40.00 per week.

Children’s Facilities
Perfect and safe setting for children. They can play in the spacious garden and enjoy outdoor games.
